At Members Only, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, including the packing slip inside to expedite processing.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
